Gentlemen……

These are just notable items from yesterday’s Board meeting…full minutes will follow soon….

1)..Beginning next week, for all players playing in the summer season, we will be collecting $10.00 to cover the additional costs of the fields effective July 1, 2026. Pay this amount to your manager if you have one or to me at the fields…Thank you….

2)..I will collect from the sub list players as they participate….

3)..By next week we will be adding to the gray team, hopefully with a manager.  We have some prospective new players coming out next Monday.

4)..At the present, we plan on 8 teams for the Fall 2026 Season.  Again in relation to number one above, our yearly league fees will go from $100.00 to $125.00. This will cover from August 18, 2026 to the end of May 2027. 

5)..Please note the starting date for the fall…August 18, 2026….. This start is unusually early to plan for cancellations due to weather or other unknown conditions. We will have a break for the Las Vegas tournament and want to avoid any doubleheaders as we had to do last year.  We promise NO doubleheaders and hopefully the regular season and the end of season tournament will finish well before the Christmas holiday season.

6)..The game times are planned for 0800-0930 and 0930-1100.This will keep us out of the heat.

We will look into moving the start times back to 9am and 10:30am as we get closer to daylight savings time and the temperature drops.
