Hello everyone……

Please find below, all details (I hope) for our annual picnic…There is no additional cost as the fees are included in your league fees.

DATE…………….June 27, 2024
TIME……………..1100-1400

LOCATION…….Wild West Arena Social Club…..32150 Grand Avenue….Winchester, Calif 92596……….(Just north of Simpson off Hwy 79)

1)..Your MSSL will be providing…Lasagna and Baked Ziti along with garlic rolls and salad…soda will be available from the restaurant at no fee…….
Beer and Mixed drinks will be available from the restaurant at YOUR cost.

2)..Grounds open at 1100….Food will be served at noon…..Chairs and tables will be provided. Suggest you bring a sun umbrella and maybe a lawn chair and sunscreen (not much shade.)  I believe horseshoe pits are available, but you may bring your own games (cornhole etc).

3)..Due to Riverside County health regulations we cannot bring in ice or coolers.  But the parking lot is close enough (???).

4)..Wives, mothers, and significant others are permitted to bring in homemade desserts and cookies. (Yum Yum)

5)..Room temperature bottled water, I believe will be OK….I will advise.

6)..We will have live music provided by our “BullPen Boys” of which several of our players are members.

7)..Parking is free.

This is different for us so come, enjoy, meet some new people and most importantly have FUN….
