1) Attendees-Board Members-Bob Fuhrmann, Ted Bennett, Bill French, Ron Rebel, Randy Schaaf; Guests-Gene Dick, Stacy Baird, Manny Morones, Pete Brust

2) Regular Season Championship-After Board discussion it was voted unanimously that we end the regular season and award the Championship to Team 5 managed by Pete Brust. Pete’s team had the most wins and the fewest losses.

3) Single Elimination Fall Playoffs-After Board discussion it was agreed unanimously to start the playoffs on Tuesday January 13th with 4 games at 8:30; 10:00; 11:30; and 1:00. The Semifinals would be on Thursday January 15th at 8:30 and 10:00. Finals would be on Tuesday January 20th at 10:00.

4) Juan Guerrero Incident-After discussion we agreed to not pose any punishment on Juan, as now many of the Managers are aware of his stubbornness and frustrations.

5) Spring Rosters-Bob has emailed a list to all Managers of the Fall Season to get notification of whether certain players will be playing in the Spring Season.

6) Spring Season Draft will be on Tuesday February 10. Time and location to be determined later.

7) Spring Field Situation-After discussions with Robert Byers from Valleywide it was determined the cost to play per day was $65 at Diamond Valley and Wheatfield. While Wheatfield is still an option there is major concern about the field quality. Bob will visit Wheatfield this week. Right now we are leaning toward Diamond Valley.

Bill French stated we would probably add $25 for the Spring Season to cover the additional costs.
