Gentlemen….

Here are a few topics you should be aware of, if not already…..

1)..Ernie Regalado has been appointed as our MSSL Chief Umpire.  Frank White will assist.
We still need a lot of help with umpiring, so if you are able to assist in any way, see Ernie.

2)..Bob Martin has officially retired.

3)..Bill French is medically inactive for the rest of this season.  He will continue on the board until his term ends.

4)..The third scheduled game that is now played on Field #3 will revert to Field #1 effective next Tuesday, March 10, 2026.  This is for several reasons, but principally for security of our storage box and its contents.

5)..I will be resuming the monthly Commissioners Report at the end of the month.

6)..I believe that the Board should meet at least once monthly if only briefly.

7)..The unanimous managers decision for make-up games on the vacant field is commendable and has merit but needs to be reviewed on a weekly basis to determine proper umpire coverage.  This game may have to be umpired by the two teams involved.  Bob Curley’s league schedule will not be revised.
