ARTICLE II PLAYER SUBSTITUTIONS

Teams missing a player, may substitute a player rated from one rating up and below for all
players rated #2 through #10. For example: a rank #1 player may sub for a rank #2 player.
Missing players rated #10 and below are all considered equal for purposes of substitution. For example: a rank #9 player may sub for a rank #12 player.
