Fellow League Members – your BOD met on Monday, May 18 for our first monthly meeting since February.  As a result of COVID19, the County of Riverside continues to be closed to team sports.  For this reason the BOD has decided that we have to cancel the remainder of the Spring 2020 season.

We are staying close to Valley Wide as they take their direction from the County of Riverside as to when we can safely resume play.  Of course safety of our league members is our first priority.  When we can safely resume play, hopefully in the very near future, we will play under our normal Summer rules.  Because most of us will need some time to get back into softball shape we are anticipating a two week ramp up before picking teams and beginning a summer schedule. The plan is then to have our normal Fall draft in August and start the Fall season in September.

Again, like each of you we are anxious to get back on the field and we will do so as soon as safely possible.  Stay tuned, we will continue to communicate to the league as news becomes available.
