I want to bring you up to date on what will be happening regarding the future of our softball league from now to the end of the year.

The current Bootleg 2 league will end on or about December 23, 2020.

There will be NO Bootleg 3 league.  We will be reverting back to the MSSL umbrella.

The current MSSL Board of Directors will be taking over the management of Bootleg 2 when the current season is completed.  The 4 members of the current Bootleg 2 board (John Sennett, Ed Nicholls Jr, Steve Baranick and Bob Fuhrmann) will be going away.  We would like to extend a special THANK YOU to Ed and John for starting this Bootleg League and enabling us seniors to continue our softball careers during this pandemic.

The current MSSL Board of Directors that you have elected are currently compiling the draft list for the 2021 MSSL Spring season.  That draft is scheduled for the last week in Dec 2020, with games to commence the 2nd week of January 2021.  We will have 8 teams and will play at Discovery Park, with 2 games per week for each team on a Tuesday thru Friday schedule.
