Dugout Boys will perform at 11:30. They will pay for the facility fees. We will present Appreciation rewards for retired players. We are stressing this is a Family event.

3) Umpire Appreciation-We agreed that there should be an Appreciation lunch for Umpires. We will give each umpire a Certificate of  Appreciation. Date TBD.

4) Doubleheader Games-We agreed to keep the Doubleheader schedule as noted but no further makeup games will be scheduled.

5) Managers-It was discussed that we should reduce league fees for Managers or give some sort of supplements. It was determined that we should review this at the beginning of the next season.

6) Marketing-Lots of topics discussed-patches, booths in Menifee and Murrieta events, signage, and Facebook. This will be discussed at future meetings.

7) Financials-Ending balance for March was $7759. Per Bill we are in good shape going into next season. Concerns about how Valleywide was providing their financials  to us. We would prefer monthly statements. Picnic will cost $1000.

8) Players Discussion-No changes made after discussions on keeping players. Also we agreed that we would not mix and match 2 players for 1 in future seasons.

9) Board Elections-May is election month and Ron Rebel will run for re-election; Donnie S will not, Ted Bennett is undecided, and Randy Schaaf has agreed to stay on until he moves. Peter Cortez has agreed to put together the election ballots.

10) Pitching Screens-As we need new Pitching Screens, it was learned that David Bates located screens for only $60. Peter Cortez will look into this.
