Hello all……

Several items of note to pass on….

1)..Next Board meeting is Aug 16 after the ballgame at DVL…Upstairs in the main building…

2)..August 18…..Last ball game of the summer season….right after the ballgame, our Chief Umpire, Frank White will be having an umpire clinic. It will be approximately an hour. If you are a returning umpire or a prospective umpire, please plan on attending. It will be held adjacent to Field #6 at DVL….

3)..The player draft is scheduled for August 23, 2022 at the Wheatfield meeting room. If you have not signed up for the draft or want to confirm your spot in the draft, contact Bob Fuhrmann at bobfuhrmann@gohuskies.com or text to 951-907-6073. I am still missing some names or some call backs need to be made. You only have until August 21 (Sunday) as we will be closing the draft on that date to prepare for the Tuesday draft.

4).. I still have openings for a couple more managers. We expect to have 8 or 9 teams only.. Prospective managers call me at the above number.

5)..I have not totaled our total number of players yet.

6)..Season scheduled to start on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 and will end just before Christmas.
